Diagnosis
Coxae predominantly white; eyes large, DE/DO = 3.4; frontal suture absent in the middle; mesoscutum with raised and strong reticulation, scutellum smooth and shiny; propodeum with median carina predominantly absent, indicated anteriorly only; petiole long, LP/WP = 2.0; gaster with first tergite smooth and shiny.
